Future of computer programs

Me and my team use lots of MS Excel makros. These are visual basic programs which enable to do daily tasks much faster. Last friday I needed to change something in one of them on my own because two of my experts have left the company in recent months. The 3 hour struggle made me think about the future of computer programs:
Today if I want to let do something with the code, I have to define it exactly according to that particular computer language. If I don't, it doesn't work. My vision is that in the near future the programs will "understand" what you try to say. For example you will only write a text the way you wish to describe: "i want you to compare coumn x with column y but there is the condition z which should be eliminated ..." The computer will sense what you mean and realize!

Waterbird allows to walk on the sea!

A friend mailed me today a demonstration video for the waterbird mashine. You step on it and do a permanent bend/rise movement. And...you can walk on the sea! I should be a great feeling.
I will search where I can buy this mashine. Lots of fun but would be pretty dangerous in Bosphorus.
It would be a better idea to use it in summer resorts like Çeşme or Bodrum.
The device is also perfect for fitness. Fun and sports combined. Very cool!

EU comes first in details!

We have long roads to go in education, civilization and economy but we are successfully applying many EU regulations. A recent interesting one:
I just got known today that all buses and tracks will have to obey the Euro 4 emission regulation starting from 1.1.2009.
Big producers like Mercedes-Benz use the SCR technology to reduce the percentage of harmful gases to Euro 4 limits.
SCR technology: You fill gasoline to a tank and....a solution named AdBlue to another tank.
The main ingredient of AdBlue is ammoniac! in public words, urine :)))
