Flamm restaurant Asmalımescit is descending

In April I wrote that the Flamm restaurant in Asmalımescit is my favourite to eat good food, especially starters.
Hereby I edit my opinion on 5 May 2008. The last two times we were there I saw signs that the quality has started to fall dawn slowly. There is "something" missing; something what really good restaurants have and ordinary don't. Slower service, untrained staff, food overcooked, coffee tastes bad, digestion is difficult etc. Sadly, that's the fate of many restaurants. If you don't standardize the service and food quality to a certain level, you lose the customer.
