Changa in the museum and in my heart.

If the Changa in the Sabancı Museum would be located in walking distance to my house, by now I was already an alcoholic because of its vodka-satsuma. Wow, what was that! This is the best satsuma I have ever drunk. They mix vodka with satsuma mandarine and green lemons of Bodrum, and here you have the drink of my summer 2008. The menu was a "light" version of Changa in Sıraselviler where I felt they have reduced the radicality of fusion food served in the main restaurant a little bit. There were nice people in the restaurant and the ambiance can only get better when the terrace opens in summer. I already know where I will celebrate my birthday!
